Who We Are
First Class Contracting Company (FCCC) is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industries in Jeddah, KSA, and incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established in 2003, the company began as a sub-contractor and — through continuous improvement — earned its place as a main contractor for both government and private sector clients across the Kingdom.
FCCC is a leading solutions provider in general contracting, MEP and ELV contracting, with specialties in fire protection, transportation and trading. We deliver complete solutions across roads, buildings, bridges and infrastructure works; HVAC, plumbing and gas systems; firefighting and fire alarm; BMS, low-current and high-current systems — from design and procurement through to high-quality erection.
We believe in fusing Western technical expertise with local knowledge. This is reflected in our subsidiaries and associated offices in France, Spain and the United States — fully equipped for study, design and procurement, and directly contributing to the successful completion of our projects.

How We Operate
Every project runs on three reviewed, certified management systems — communicated to every employee and subcontractor, displayed on every site.
Management takes full responsibility for client satisfaction concerning requirements, specifications and agreed conditions — from design through procurement to erection.
FCCC is committed to safe and healthy working conditions, with the QHSE Manager holding overall responsibility for the health & safety management system.
All activities are carried out to minimize environmental impact, conserve natural resources and provide effective stewardship of the environment.
